Hannah Kossow

Patient Care Coordinator

Originally from rural Alaska, Hannah moved to the Big Island in 2013. She spent about a year living in the Philippines, working with local organizations to coordinate community services in areas of health, education, and resources. Some of Hannah's favorite Filipino dishes are Kare Kare and Adobo.

After returning from the Philippines, Hannah worked as a Program Coordinator for a local non-profit, coordinating adaptive ocean events for those with disabilities in Kona, Kawaihae, and Hilo. These experiences solidified a passion for connecting with people in diverse contexts and cultures, which led to her obtaining a Bachelor of Science in User Experience Engineering.

In her free time, Hannah is a paw-rent to two cats. She also enjoys art nights with friends, reading suspenseful thriller mysteries, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Kalei.
